What import sources does Boost Note support?

Boost Note supports the following import sources.

  • Markdown, HTML and Text files

  • Notion

  • Google Docs

  • Evernote

  • Quip

  • Confluence

  • Dropbox Paper

How to Import

You can import document from the bottom of the side bar.

You'll see several options. Here are the import types supported:

Confluence to Boost Note

You can export your content from Confluence into Boost Note one doc or all at once, here's how:

  1. In Confluence, select the doc you want to export and click '...' button in the top right

  2. Export file as Word

  3. Upload files in the Boost Note

  1. In Confluence, go to Space Settings for the space you're looking to export and select the Content tools section

  2. Click the Export tab, select HTML and Export

  3. Export file as HTML

  4. Upload files in the Boost Note

You can export your content from Notion into Boost Note one doc at a time or all at once, here's how:

Exporting individual Notion doc into Boost Note

  1. In Notion, select the doc you wish to export and click 'Export'

  2. Export file as Markdown or HTML

  3. Upload files in the Boost Note

  1. Go to Settings & Members in the left-hand menu and open Settings

  2. Scroll down to Export, and click Export all workspace content

  3. Export file as Markdown or HTML

  4. Upload files in the Boost Note

Dropbox Paper to Boost Note

In Boost Note, Dropbox Paper doesn't support mass export so you'll have to import files one by one. Here's how:

  1. In Dropbox Paper, select the doc you wish to export and click 'Export'

  2. Export file as .md

  3. Upload files in the Boost Note

Google Docs to Boost Note

In Boost Note, Google Docs doesn't support mass export so you'll have to import files one by one. Here's how:

  1. In Google Docs, select the doc you wish to export

  2. Download file as .txt from File->Download

  3. Upload files in the Boost Note

You can export your content from Evernote into Boost Note one doc or all at once, here's how:

  2. Select File > Export all Notes...

  3. Export as html
